THIS is the 16-year-old Hampshire yob who inflicted fear and misery on hundreds of people.
Robert Goodman spat, swore and hurled abuse at scores of innocent shoppers as they tried to go about their business in Southampton.
The out-of-control teenager even went as far as barging into lessons where friends were being taught - disrupting their learning despite the fact he didn't attend the schools.
Now the Millbrook thug has become the seventh person in the city's history to be hit with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order - the last warning given by authorities before mandatory detention.
Issuing the order, Southampton magistrates took the unusual step of allowing the juvenile to be named after the Daily Echo argued he was a public nuisance and his victims should know the identity of the person who harassed them.
Goodman, of Mardale Road, Millbrook, Southampton, must abide by the order or face the possibility of being detained in custody for up to five years.
