YOU can dance until you drop at Eastleigh this month, as The Point plays host to the 10th Eastleigh Dance Festival.
Organisers have pulled out all the stops for the milestone event, which takes place from June 16 to 30.
As well as performances by some of the country's top dance groups, including the Union Dance Company (June 18, 7.45pm) and Urban Babe (June 27, 7.45pm), members of the public can join in with a host of workshops and special events based on dance, music and lifestyle.
The fortnight-long festival opens with a day of well-being workshops, with activities including massage and tai chi.
During the Go Global day on June 29, you can learn how to play the didgeridoo or African drums, as well as learn Aboriginal, African, salsa and eastern European folk dance styles.
There are also several opportunities to take part in performances alongside professional dancers.
During the Gumboot Night on June 23, there will be workshops in a cappella and gumboot dancing led by the renowned Black Umfolosi group.
Participants will be able to join the Zimbabwean company live on stage.
For younger dance fans, there's a chance to help devise the exciting finale of the Flying Gorillas' show, Pishy.
