THE Millennium Dome may be hitting the headlines still for all the wrong reasons, even if its days as a entertainment venue are long gone.
On the other hand, the young acrobatic performers who took part in the Dome's central arena show Storm to great acclaim with their aerial antics are now wowing crowds all over the country.
Their latest show, Gangstars, comes to The Mayflower for two nights only on June 12 and 13. It tells the story of the adventures of an innocent immigrant, who arrives in a fictitious city during the American prohibition of the 1930s before becoming caught up in a web of deception and intrigue.
The show features circus skills with tumbling gangsters, flying floosies, soaring chases and acrobatic shoot-outs, climaxing in a breathtaking final scene.
The family show promises to be even more spectacular than the Millennium Dome show, Storm.
For tickets and further information call the Mayflower box office on 023 8071 1811.
