Parker and Marc Rees (57) launched Symondians' towering 254-4 with an opening stand of 135.
Spin pair Matt Perry-Lewis (4-22) and Will Mariner (4-26) shot Redlynch out for 81.
But Hambledon remain top after former Hampshire all-rounder Ian Turner hit an undefeated 82 to set up a six-wicket win over Paultons.
Colin James struck a flowing 85 in Paultons 204-7, but finished on the losing side.
Left-armer Mark Stanley (5-39) bowled leaders Purbrook to a five-run win at Gosport, while Michael Heffernan hit 96 as Alton chased a 209-4 run target to beat winless Hartley Wintney.
Raman Prendergast (64) and John Harris (58) fired Hursley Park's seven-wicket win at Hook & Newnham Basics with a century partnership.
New Milton's unbeaten start was shattered when Simon Greenfield cracked a career-best 117 for previously-unsuccessful Havant II, who romped to a 120-run win.
Bashley (Rydal) II and Ventnor are both off the mark.
Graham Pardey celebrated his appointment as captain with a key 63 in the tight five-run success at Flamingo, while the Islanders whipped Waterlooville (105) by seven wickets.
