A HAIRDRESSER from the Isle of Wight scooped £300,000 in TV quiz show The Vault at the weekend.
Millions of viewers heard bubbly Leah Nicholls, 23, scream "I'm going to spend it, baby," after she won the jackpot on the new ITV show.
Lucky Leah landed the fortune after she correctly answered six questions in a minute on the new game show hosted by Big Brother presenter Davina McCall.
It has made Leah, who only started a new job three weeks ago, the biggest ever phone-in winner on a British television show.
No one had won the show's £100,000 jackpot during its first two weeks on air so by last night the prize had rolled over to £300,000.
Leah, of Newport, Isle of Wight, won the cash after registering her name on a phone line for just 75p.
She said: "When I was speaking to Davina on the phone I could hardly believe what was happening.
"My heart was pounding, my palms were sweating and I kept taking deep breaths. I'm not sure how I kept myself together.
"I was just hoping I would be able to answer one question correctly so I would not look stupid.
"When I woke up this morning I felt like the whole thing had been a dream. It took me about an hour to come round to reality.
"I've never won anything in my life before although I love entering competitions.
"When they phoned me up they warned me not to swear if I won so I just screamed out 'I'm going to spend it baby!' to Davina."
Leah said it was husband Phil, a 25-year-old boatyard worker, she has to thank for her big win after she nearly fell at the first hurdle.
She said: "When Davina asked me which motorway linked Leeds and London I didn't have a clue.
"Phil was watching TV upstairs and suddenly realised it was me on the television and he ran down and told me the answer."
Leah has vowed to keep her feet on the ground and has no plans to give up work.
She added: "I'm going to go in as normal.
"I honestly haven't got a clue what I'm going to do with the cash apart from buy a house and look after my family."
The questions Leah answered were:
1. Which motorway links London and Leeds? The M1.
2. How many legs does a lobster have? Ten.
3. What film is based on a group of redundant steel workers who form a strip act? The Full Monty.
4. On a standard British Monopoly board what colour is Fleet Street? Red.
5. Who is the current Chancellor of the Exchequer? Gordon Brown.
6. What is the longest river in Britain? The River Severn.
