THOUSANDS of passengers will be arriving and departing in Southampton Docks with three cruise ships in port on May 24.

The 27,670-ton Victoria will be alongside 38/9 berth in the Eastern Docks after a short voyage to the Netherlands and then leaving at 5pm for a nine-night cruise to the Norwegian Fjords.

Another P&O Cruises' vessel, the Southampton-based 63,524-ton Arcadia, fresh from a short refit and maintenance period in King George V dry dock, will depart from 105 berth in the Western Docks, also at 5pm, for a four-night trip to Amsterdam and Guernsey.

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines' 19,089-ton Braemar will be at 40 berth in the Eastern Docks on her last visit to Southampton before she returns to the port in the Autumn.

These movements come after the arrival and departure of the 69,153-ton P&O Cruises' Oriana at 105 berth today.

Oriana arrived early this morning from a cruise to the Baltic, Germany and Belgium and leaves again at 5pm for nine-night voyage to Spain, the Canary Islands and Madeira.
