MORE people have climbed Mount Everest then attempted the feat this New Forest man is about to embark on.
Robin Penna is wowing people with his determination to circumnavigate the Isle of Wight - on a surf board.
The 43-year-old from Pilley aims to smash the world record for this windsurfing voyage which currently stands at six and a half hours and raise money for the Echo-backed Every Penny Counts Appeal in aid of the Oakhaven Hospice, Lymington.
Robin has been windsurfing for 15 years and is one of the fastest on the race circuit. He has been busy training for this back-breaking challenge which will take place in July. If you would like to sponsor Robin call Oakhaven's fundraising team on 01590 677773.
