MORRIS dancers will be descending on Winchester next month for the annual folk festival.
The cathedral city will be filled with the sound of tinkling bells over the weekend of May 17-19 as dancing and music performances take place in a variety of venues.
Guitarist and tin whistleplayer Vin Garbutt will be appearing in the Guildhall for the opening concert. Other guests include Martin Carthy and Norma Waterson, Risky Business, Hen Party and Mary Eagle, a part native American singer with a wide repertoire of Appalachian songs.
