BASINGSTOKE Town have a number of injury worries as they prepare for their longest trip of the season tomorrow to face Heybridge Swifts.
Defender Jason Bristow is ruled out due to a knee problem and there remains a doubt on bronchitis victim Paul Wilkinson. Both players missed the 4-0 defeat on Saturday by Canvey Island at the Camrose.
In that game Mark Lisk picked up a dead leg which saw him replaced at half-time. Midfielder Rob Cook is struggling with a thigh injury.
The game on paper has nothing at stake but Basingstoke boss Ernie Howe is looking for maximum points from his side's last two games.
He said: "To finish on 51 points instead of 45 looks a lot better."
Town will also be looking to avenge a 3-1 defeat at the Camrose back in November as they face a side two places above them in the league and unbeaten in their last four outings.
Howe said: "We go there and look to be strong and try and create as many chances as we did against Canvey and put them away this time.
The Basingstoke boss watched the reserves' penalties win over Walton in a Suburban League Challenge Shield quarter-final on Wednesday with the view to calling up a couple of players for the first team tomorrow.
Basingstoke (from): Tarr, Baker, Lisk, Foster, Wilkinson, Forbes, Honor, Girdler, Christie, Howes, Cook, McAllister, Eaton, Gorman, Davis.
