WILKINSON is celebrating its return to Andover by giving away £1,000 worth of products to community groups and charities.
The Bridge Street store has teamed up with the Andover Advertiser to launch the Helping Hand scheme in the run-up to its reopening on 26 April.
Manager Matt Main said: "We would love to hear from any local community group or initiative needing help with a project or an event - no matter how small or large.
"It may be a scout or guide group needing help to paint their headquarters, which we could help by donating paint, or maybe a school needs help to buy new equipment and we can offer raffle prizes to help with fundraising."
Wilkinson closed following a fire in the building above the store in January but contractors are working on refurbishing the building for the reopening later this month.
Any group which feels it could use a Helping Hand should write to the Andover Advertiser, Advertiser House, 24-32 London Street, Andover, SP10 2PE, including details of the project, why it is important to the town and what kind of support it needs.
