Clydesdale Estates has agreed a letting on the ground floor and part of the first floor of 51 London Road to Enfield's Estate Agents.
This is a property that Clydesdale Estates has only recently acquired. They intend, subject to planning permission, to
develop the rest of the building into high quality residential accommodation.
Rob Mott, a director of Enfield's, is seen accepting the Negotiator of the Month award from Mark Moores back in May 1992 (pictured right), which was his third award for that year. In those days he worked for the estate agency
that Mark owned at that time. Now, virtually ten years later, he can be seen receiving the keys to the new premises on which Enfield's intend to carry out an extensive refurbishment
programme.
Mark Moores, managing director of Clydesale Estates, commented: "I am delighted to renew my association with Rob Mott who I always felt was going to go on to bigger and better things. Even in the early stages of someone's career you generally get a feeling for who will or who won't achieve great things within their chosen profession."
Mark Moores said: "We are delighted with this letting, as it further confirms the diversity of property that we own and let, which includes not only a large number of residential homes, but also a growing number of commercial units.
"One thing is for certain: the ten years may have been good for business for both Mark and Robert, but it is fairly safe to say that physically it's been a demanding time!"
