THERE'S no rest for the wicked, as actor John Altman - alias EastEnders' eternally evil Nick Cotton - is about to discover.
Altman, who has been causing chaos in Albert Square since the TV soap started in 1985, is one of the stars of the musical Chicago, which comes to The Mayflower, Southampton in February.
A tale of murder, greed, violence, corruption, exploitation, adultery and treachery, the West End hit revolves around a nightclub dancer, Roxie Hart, who becomes a celebrity after killing her lover. Altman plays Billy Flynn, the lawyer who makes her a star.
Featuring hot, jazzy music and sensuous dance routines, Chicago is at The Mayflower from February 19 to March 2.
