Southampton Saints boss John Donoghue said he felt neither angry nor disappointed after yesterday's 9-1 slaying at the hands of Fulham in the AXA FA Women's Premier League Cup quarter-final at Woking.
In Donoghue's book, the full-time pros from SW6 are an even better side than treble winners Arsenal, who recently beat Saints 3-0 at St Mary's.
"They're unbelievably good, just awesome," he said. "They're going to walk the league next season when they come up to the National Division.
"Their side is full of internationals who train seven times a week. Our girls train just twice a week - now they know what professionalism means."
Una Nwajei hit Saints' consolation and was congratulated on her display by Fulham boss Gaute Haugenes.
