PINK Floyd are currently enjoying something of a renaissance in the music industry.
They have always had their core fans, but with their greatest hits album riding high in the charts and Wyclef Jean, formerly of the Fugees, covering their classic, Wish You Were Here, they are probably more popular at the moment than they have been for quite some time.
Sadly, Pink Floyd haven't announced plans to play live in Hampshire.
But, the next best thing, tribute band Perfect Alibi, will be recreating the sounds and sights of a Pink Floyd concert at The Point, Eastleigh, on December 21.
Perfect Alibi is a Southampton-based band which has been bringing the sounds of Pink Floyd to the south for the last ten years.
They will be not only be performing the songs of their heroes but also promise to throw in a few surprises in order to replicate a Pink Floyd show as closely as possible.
Tickets cost £10.
