TEST Valley's mayor is inviting families to join him, singing Christmas Carols in the open air outside the Guildhall in Andover on Friday 14 December.
The event will begin at 6.30pm with a performance by the Broughton Mummers, and will be followed by carols at 7pm. The Test Valley Brass Concert Band will play and the singing will be led by the Andover Choral Society.
Mayor of Test Valley, Councillor Jack Taylor, said: "I am sure a lot of people love to sing carols and would like to say a Christmas prayer at a large open air gathering like this.
There will be carol sheets and in the event of heavy rain the singing will take place in The Chantry Centre.
