IF you're at a loose end and want to help others, then the Romsey Volunteer Centre would like to hear from you.

Help is needed in booking out equipment every Wednesday or, if you want to lend a hand as and when needed, then there are a range of activities you can get stuck into including gardening or collecting shopping.

All volunteer placements will receive support, training and, in the unlikely event of an accident, insurance.
