REVISED redevelopment plans for one of Bishop's Waltham's grand old houses have been unveiled.
Breamore Developments Ltd has submitted new proposals for homes and flats at Northbrook House in Free Street, once a private house which later became the home of the old Droxford Rural Council.
The plan involves the conversion of the existing house and stable block into 11 residential units, 26 flats and two town houses.
The proposal involves a slight reduction in the number of housing units proposed on the site.
Ian Leesmith, chairman of Bishop's Waltham Society, said: "The developers seem to have listened to local comments and taken on board major concerns about parking and design."
He stressed the society would continue to monitor the development.
