POSTAL strike gloom for businesses and residents across Fareham is set to continue if top-level talks between union officials and Royal Mail bosses fail to reach an agreement.
Staff who gathered at the Fareham sorting office yesterday voted overwhelmingly to continue strike action but later union representatives said the action could be averted if national talks manage to broker an agreement
Union representative Richard Tabbner said the staff's commitment to the action was as strong as ever.
