BEGGARS can be choosers this Saturday in Romsey, with more than 60 acts to entertain a huge crowd at the annual Beggars' Fair.
Organiser Tony Dawes says 12 venues around town - including the Corn Market - will be used to stage the event, aiming to attract thousands of people. He points out: "It's a day of music, dance, street entertainment, arts and crafts, children entertainment and lots of other performers, based around the centre of Romsey."
The day runs from 10am to 11.30pm - all events are free and programmes are available from Romsey Tourist Information Centre in Church Street, or on the website: www.beggarsfair.org.uk
