THE Lymington Military Concert Band, formerly the Lymington Town Band, is reforming in the new year under a new musical director.
Doreen Pullen, who is also the musical director of the New Forest Big Band, will join the group for a run of concerts in the coming year, including summer Sunday afternoon concerts on the new Lymington bandstand.
The first rehearsal will take place on Monday January 8, 7.30pm-9.30pm, at the Literary Institute, New Street, Lymington.
