CHEERS! When the port of Southampton gets the drinks in it is certainly done in a big way.
The specialist tanker vessel, Jo Spirit is expected to come alongside the city's Western Docks today after a transatlantic voyage from Nassau in the Bahamas.
On board will be nearly two million litres of 100 per cent raw rum destined for the UK drinks market.
The spirit will be refined down at the Bacardi Martini base in the port to make it palatable before being bottled and distributed across the country.
