TO ENSURE everyone got a fair chance to shine in the Christmas play, the children of Gosport's Newtown Primary School Nativity took turns to be the stars.
Pupils of years one and two staged the adaptation for children of the Nativity called It Is A Party, while the reception class performed A Bright Star Night last Thursday.
More than 50 young actors starred in the reception class production and 120 children in the light-hearted It Is A Party.
