A POLE that has flown the flag for new homes in Totton is about to carry the colours of the town's bowls club.
Totton and Eling Bowls Club had always wanted a flagpole at its headquarters in Crabbs Way, which opened two years ago.
And its wishes were granted, just in time for Christmas, when Barratt Homes donated one of the poles it had used at its development at Hazel Farm.
