ANDOVER-based Alpha-meric Retail has supplied state-of-the-art technology to home interior store group, room 2, which opened a 30,000 sq ft flagship store at in Scotland earlier this month.
As well as merchandise management and financial systems, Alphameric has equipped the group with PCPoS EPoS tills and hand held stocktaking terminals.
The package has been designed to grow with room 2 as the group pursues ambitious expansion plans, which include the launch of a chain of stores in Scot-land, Northern Ireland and Eire within the year.
Brian Flynn, Alphameric business development manager, believes that room 2 is laden with potential: "At first this might look like a single-outlet retailer but the track record of this team is phenomenal.
"We have grown over the years by supporting some of the most ambitious and enterprising start-up teams and developing alongside them."
