THREE hotels are among Hamp-shire's newest Investors in People achieving the national standard which links training and development of staff to business objectives.
Marwell Hotel and Conference Centre, Lainston House Hotel and Macdonald Botley Park were presented with their awards by Robert Hillier, chairman of Hampshire Training and Enterprise Council.
Anthony Cox received the award on behalf of Macdonald Botley Park - a 100-bedroom four-star hotel with a golf course and leisure club. Receiving the award for Lainston House Hotel was assistant manager Jason Hooper. Lainston House is a country house hotel near Winchester set in 63 acres of parkland.
General manager Roy Middlehurst was presented with the IIP award for Marwell Hotel and Conference Centre - a three-star leisure and business hotel.
