THE jury in the Warsash brothers' murder trial is due to retire today to consider its verdict at Winchester Crown Court.
Paul Selmes, 24, of Dibles Road, Warsash, denies murdering Adrian, 29, by slashing his throat with a broken glass after they celebrated Adrian's birthday.
The judge, Mr Justice Forbes, spent yesterday summing up the case and told the jury he would finish first thing today.
