THE doors are set to be thrown open at the University of Southampton New College this weekend giving visitors an insight into the courses that are available.
You can find out about TV favourite Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or try your hand at instant sculpture on Saturday from 10.30am.
In between quizzing tutors and students about courses and life on campus, visitors and their families can also enjoy lunchtime readings from the works of Seamus Heaney, Oscar Wilde and James Joyce in the Irish Hour or learn more about the weird world of Cold War movies.
Staff will be on hand to discuss the benefitsof New College's flexible programmes, and for those unfamiliar with the campus, there are guided tours.
