A CRAFT fair raised just under £400 for the mayor of Gosport's charities.
Mayor Aleck Hayward said he was delighted with the amount collected from the fair last Saturday, which attracted more than 300.
He said: "There were a good variety of things on sale - we had a full variety of cakes including one I baked myself."
The money raised will go to Age Concern and KIDS, the charities the mayor has chosen to support this year.
