Get off your horse and get along to see Spitoon. It's a hilarious spoof of all the old Hollywood cowboy capers, mixed in with a large dollop of the spaghetti westerns, in the little ol' town of Eastleigh.
It's about bounty hunter Jim Daggart who springs jailbird Jack Valentine to team up in search of Mexican bandit Tico, and the lost loot from a bank job in Monterey.
Along comes an enigmatic stranger to lend a hand as hunters and hunted head towards the Mexican border. It's only a matter of time before the two teams cross paths - and double cross each other - twice!
With two men playing all the roles and evocative background music from the likes of Elmer Bernstein and Ennio Morricone, this is a bizarre but hilarious comedy that's just one enormous clich from the beginning to end.
Quite how they achieve the final shoot out between the four main characters will be something to see. Yeeehaaa!
Spitoon - A Cartoon Movie for the Theatre can be at The Point, Eastleigh on Wednesday. Tickets for are priced £5, £7, £9 and are available from the box office on 8065 2333.
