ASSOCIATED British Ports, which operates the docks on Southampton, has shaken up its interests in Cardiff.
It has sold £53 million of Cardiff Bay Estate but at the same time has joined forces with Norwich Union to manage the land and properties.
"This is a continuation of our policy to realise value through the disposal of non-operational port-located property,'' said ABP boss Bo Lerenius.
"At the same time it has the benefit of enabling us to retain an interest in the growth potential of these quality assets while providing us with a vehicle for future disposals.''
Under the agreement ABP and Norwich Union have formed The Cardiff Bay Partnership to manage the 24,628 square metre site which consists of four prime office developments
