THIEVES made off with over £1,000 worth of goods left in the glovebox of a Ford Escort parked in Fair Oak's Denham Fields.
A satchel containing paperwork and books for college worth £600, was taken along with a jacket with a brown leather collar worth £150, a silver Claude Valentino wristwatch and a gold Warner Brothers' pocket watch together worth £300 and a driving licence and a pair of sunglasses in a case worth £60.
