POLICE at Eastleigh are continuing to keep in touch with officers in the North of England in the hunt for missing Eastleigh housewife and school dinner lady Wendy Dunn, pictured.

It is known that a withdrawal was made from Mrs Dunn's bank account at Blackburn in Lancashire and her father lives at South Shields.

And Acting Sergeant Ben Taylor said: "We are still keeping in contact with our colleagues in the Blackburn area and with Mrs Dunn's father at South Shields.

"But there have been no definite sightings, and she has not been in touch with her father, so we are concerned for her welfare."

He added that further contact with officers in the North and with Mrs Dunn's bank was likely to be made today.

Her husband Daniel and children Sarah, 16, and Sean, 14, have appealed for her to come back to the family home at Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh.

Mrs Dunn, 49, has not been seen since completing her shift as a dinner lady at Shakespeare Infant School on Wednesday.
