Witches, warlocks, ghosts, ghouls and grisly monsters will all be making an appearance next week at Havant Arts Centre.

As part of the half-term holiday fun, children are being invited to make Halloween masks and decorations for a special spooky storytelling evening.

On Wednesday it's Family Fun Art Day for groups to create Halloween-based art -children can be aged four to 14 and must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Then on Friday anybody aged seven to 14 years old can come along for a full day of fun making Halloween masks and decorations.

The Gallery Caf Bar will be decorated to look like a Halloween grotto with the help of youngsters from the Centre's art workshops. There will even be frightening food in the form of spooky stews and pumpkin pie.

Then on Friday evening professional storyteller, Fiona Moore, will be on hand to enthral children of all ages with traditional tales and spooky stories.
