WINCHESTER Cathedral's gothic nave is now on view for everyone to see - scaffolding has finally come down after three years of restoration work.
Workmen have spent the last two months taking down scaffolding in the nave. The inside of the cathedral is now practically free of scaffolding for the first time in nearly a decade.
But work will continue on the outside of the 900-year-old cathedral to see it stays in good shape for this millennium.
