Hamble Old Boys triumphed 2-0 over local rivals Southampton in their derby meeting.
Southampton created ten short corners and several open play chances but fell behind when Mike Heaver fired the Old Boys ahead from the edge of the D. Another breakaway effort converted by David Forster sealing the points for Hamble.
The seconds gained some revenge by beating Hamble II 3-0 with two short corner strikes by Pete Graham and an open play effort from Deepak Kenth.
Strikes from two-goal David Holt and Mike Goves clinched Southampton III a point in a see-saw 3-3 thriller with Winchester, while Jon Gane and Luke Knight netted for the fourths who lost 3-2 to Southampton University.
New-boy Ed Thorn scored twice as Southampton V triumphed 4-2 over Ryde, Matthew Southgate and Neil Vaughan bagged the others, while the Otters were held 0-0 by Blandford.
Goals from Mike Goves (2), Rob Sparrow and Andy Whiteside secured Southampton Under-18 a 4-3 verdict against Havant, Mike Cotton replied for the Under-14s who went down 4-1 to a strong Bournemouth team and a mixed XI were indebted to Luke Knight (2) and Karen Jordan for their 3-2 win over Farnborough.
Trojans reeled off a third straight win with a 3-0 success at London Wanderers to climb into the top half of the Hants/Surrey table but the seconds were dumped to the foot of their table when they lost 2-0 to fellow strugglers Horsham.
A new look Trojans III received a boost with a new set of shirts supplied by East Brothers (Timber) Ltd and despite a 3-1 home reverse by Southampton University expect a change in fortunes on the pitch soon.
Efforts by Kevin Hawkins (2), H Jones (2) and M Watts saw Trojans Troopers home 5-1 against Bromley and Troopers II continued their good start by drawing 2-2 away at Havant.
Deadeye Dave Ashman smacked home an incredible seven goals as Hamble Veterans triumphed 10-5 against Salisbury Vets.
Leading 6-1 at the break, the Wiltshire side pulled the scores back to 6-5 before the Old Boys asserted themselves again - Andre Lockyer, Stewart Buchanan and Andy Rhodes also on target.
Kevin Sandall netted for Hamble III in their 1-1 draw at Havant, while their 2a side picked up their first points of the season in a 4-3 success over Haslemere V - Jim Phillips, Dan Marshall, Simon Avery and Michael Welsh scoring.
Two-goal Kent Langridge and Andy Mackintosh clinched Winchester Under-14 A a 3-1 win at Havant and Joey Sax-Dixon scored for the Under-14 B in their 1-1 draw with Romsey.
