SOUTH Coast-based regional law firm Lester Aldridge has appointed Robert Camping, pictured right, as its new director of personnel and administration.
He has joined the firm from the Defence Communication Services Agency in Wiltshire where he was director of business development.
"I am delighted to be joining Lester Aldridge. As well as managing personnel issues I will also be responsible for the firm's expanding IT services, all office services, the communications system, and the library which is a crucial legal resource and is increasing its on-line facilities," he said.
"With new business and staff numbers on the increase, I am keen to move the business towards gaining Investors in People accreditation."
Having served 33 years in the Royal Air Force, Robert has had a wide range of management, planning and project experience in the UK and overseas.
Because of his strong management background, Robert will be leading the firm's Project 2000 - a set of initiatives focused on growth targets and improved management methods.
