Trond Soltvedt hopes his last-gasp winner against Liverpool will help him retain his place for tomorrow's trip to Leicester.
The Norwegian (pictured right) got his chance in midweek because Mark Hughes was supended.
But the Welsh warrior will be back in the team at Filbert Street, leaving manager Dave Jones with a potential selection headache.
Soltvedt said: "It is an interesting selection problem for the manager, especially when everyone is fit, because we are all playing well enough.
"When I got back in against Liverpool, I knew it was up to me to show I was good enough to play regularly and, hopefully, the goal will have helped. Now it's up to the boss to pick the team."
Jones admitted: "It is a nice problem to have. I would rather have too many players than not enough but a lot depends on how the injured lads go.
The decision could be made for him though with both Stuart Ripley and Matthew Oakley very doubtful with groin and back problems respectively. Both will be a late decision tomorrow.
Marian Pahars should recover from a dead leg and Luis Boa Morte will be fit following a recurrence of hamstring trouble.
Jones is likely to stick with his preferred 4-5-1 formation away from home, and he could also even use Kevin Davies on the right following his lively display in midweek.
Matthew Le Tissier will be hoping to stay in as he goes in search of his 100th Premiership goal.
Marco Almeida dropped out of the squad this morning after hurting a knee in the reserves' 2-1 win over Wimbledon yesterday, so Kevin Gibbens is travelling in a 20-man party.
