Fareham borough resident Janet Gill has been reduced to tears by a 50-metre mobile phone mast built near her home in Catisfield lane, Catisfield.
Janet and other residents are up in arms over the siting of the massive mast which took place last week.
Now she and householders in the area have taken their case to Fareham MP Peter Lloyd, who is taking up their health fears with the Department of Health.
Janet sobbed as she said she never realised, when planning permission was given for the mast, that it would be so near her home.
She and her neighbours are looking at possible ways to seek compensation for the positioning of the mast so near their homes.
They believe it is an eyesore and should be moved.
