THEY have been rolling out the barrel at Eastleigh's Golden Hind pub.
Mine hosts Andrea and Roger Dalton were able to give away 175 pints of Ushers beer to grand draw winner Mark Axtell.
The beer was flowing to celebrate the Trowbridge brewer's 175th year of brewing.
Mark, a warehouse manager for a local company, confessed to being "very surprised" that he had won the draw, especially as he could not remember entering it.
He said: "The Golden Hind is my local. It is where all my friends meet up before we go out for the night - it's our central meeting place."
Mark got the good booze news while he was on holiday and plans to donate the free pints to a friend's surprise birthday party, which is being held in the pub later this year.
It is 175 years since Thomas Usher established his brewery in Trowbridge on the same site that is still producing his firm's distinctive range of quality beer.
