LOOKING for something to spend that spare £2 million on Then a visit to next month's Southampton Boat Show might just solve the problem.
The Sunseeker Manhattan 84, the ultimate in luxury afloat and one of the biggest craft of its type ever to be manufactured in the UK, will make her worldwide debut at the event.
Flagship of the fleet built by the Poole-based company Sunseeker, the Manhattan 84 features a private spiral staircase leading below decks to the owner's sumptuous stateroom and en-suite facilities, which features a spa pool. The craft also incorporates a hydraulically-operated stern bathing platform and a further spa pool on the fly bridge, together with an optional jet-bike and crane.
Altogether, ten Sunseeker craft are due to be on display at the show, including three other cruisers, the Manhattan 64, Predator 56 and Camargue 50 which are also being seen publicly for the first time.
Organisers of the 1999 Southampton Boat Show say the ten-day event will be bigger than in previous years.
