THERE'S nothing woolly-minded about the sheep at Longdown Dairy Farm in the New Forest.
They recently played their part to the full by providing the wool, the laughs and the appetites as hundreds of people turned up for the farm's sheep fun day.
Highlights included top class sheep shearing by top professional Nick Flux, races by young sheep to a bucket of food and bottle-feeding of even younger sheep by scores of keen young children.
There were also demon-strations of fleece-rolling, spinning and knitting so people could see the complete journey of a fleece from a sheep's back to becoming a woolly jumper.
