SOUTHAMPTON'S junior wardens are to take to the airwaves again to encourage the community to look after play equipment in public places.
Ayesha Choudhry, 13, Antonia Dunleavey, ten, and Isabel Sims, 11, were due to visit the studios of Unity 101, the city's only Asian and ethnic community radio, today to lead the discussion with Martin Chase, play services officer at Southampton City Council.
The programme, due to go out live at 3pm, will focus on how other youngsters aged between eight and 12 can get involved in the community, just like them.
Junior wardens hosted their first show last month.
They hope to be able to discuss various topics as regular monthly hosts of the programme.
