A NEW wave of courses for patients with long-term health conditions will start in West End this month.
The Expert Patient Programme (EPP) is free of charge and open to anyone living with a long-term health condition such as asthma, diabetes, heart disease or stroke.
Group sessions are informal and designed to help people deal with problems they face on a daily basis.
The sessions will run on Wednesdays between April 19 and May 24 in West End. Sessions will run in Bitterne Park on Saturday mornings between April 22 and May 27. If you have a friend or family member with a long-term health condition, contact Alison Ford on 023 8029 6002 or Kate T
