BANANAS and water were on the menu at the Revision Skills Conference run by a Hampshire college.
More than 100 Year 11 students from a wide selection of schools across the south coast attended the conference at St Vincent College, in Mill Lane, Gosport.
The college's Revision Guru, Alec Payne, went through various revision techniques including how students can best manage their time as well as managing the stress involved with the whole exam process.
Mr Payne said: "It was great to see so many enthusiastic students coming along and giving up their free time.
"Hopefully they will be taking away the skills they have learned and putting them into practice at this very important time."
If anyone was unable to attend and would like advice about revision techniques there is still an opportunity to Ask Alec by sending an e-mail to askalec@stvincent.ac.uk.
