A VARIETY of musical performers are promised at a Southampton concert next month.
The Rhythm of Life is the title of the forthcoming Hedge End New Music Makers concert on May 20 at St Andrew's United Reformed Church in Southampton.
Guest performers include a children's choir from The Wildern School, the Jazz Band and the Chamber Ensemble.
Sandie Wilkins, chairman of the Hedge End New Music Makers, said: "The choir will be performing The Rhythm of Life as arranged by our previous long-serving accompanist Rosa Longman.
"We are lucky enough to be associated with other talented musicians and also included in the programme will be Moon River by Di Heathorn, Blue Moon, arranged by Olivia Lee Curtis, and our new musical director's interpretation of the theme from Band of Brothers." Tickets are priced at £6 and are expected to be in high demand. They can be obtained by calling 01489 572415.
