CORHAMPTON Golf Club is holding a Celeb-Am next Wednesday (April 26) and there'll be a host of sports stars teeing up for the charity event.
The likes of Alan Ball, Nick Holmes, Tommy Widdrington, Jason Dodd, Jimmy Case, Tim Tremlett, Gordon Watson, Francis Benali, Tony Husband and Ady Aymes will be captaining amateur teams to compete for some top prizes.
However, the main emphasis of the day is on enjoyment and boosting the coffers of 'Honeypot', a New Forest based charity which gives respite care to severely disadvantaged children between the ages of five and 12.
Corhampton club captain and Alan Feltham said: "We're holding a sporting memorabilia auction after play at about 6.45pm, and would welcome anyone who would like to come along to bid for some fantastic items to raise money for such a worthy local charity."
