RADIO DJ and TV presenter Dr Fox became a real-life doctor for the day when he visited Southampton's Bargate with a travelling roadshow.
The popular presenter was on-hand with Flora's heart health roadshow testing the cholesterol and blood pressure of, among others, Mayor of Southampton Councillor Edwina Cooke.
He said: "I really want to make sure I'm as fit and healthy as possible so I can continue to look after my entire family.
"Keeping an eye on my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are all part of that and I believe it is really important that we, as a nation, start taking responsibility for our own heart health."
The roadshow, part of the Flora Testing the Nation's Hearts campaign, will be at the Bargate in the city centre until April 22. For every person tested £1 will be donated to charity HEART UK.
