THE shoe was on the other foot when teachers and childcare workers got crafty in the classroom at an Andover early years conference.
The twice-yearly meeting, held at Anton Infant School, gave foundation stage education representatives a chance to communicate ideas to each other.
Participants included teachers and learning support assistants from both Anton schools, Andover C of E Primary School and both Shepherds Spring schools.
Educational consultant Penny Tassoni spoke of her experiences in the classroom alongside music consultant Su Hart, who has worked with child refugees all over the world. After the talk it was time for hands-on experiences in art workshops.
