Two Southampton sides contest the Hampshire Gales Plate final tomorrow.
The medics of the University of Southampton make the short trip to the Lordshill Rec to face the older and no doubt wiser Millbrook.
But that will not deter the students as it was the University of Southampton who won last year's competition, the third ranking tournament in the county.
For Millbrook it's a case of coming up against the unknown as scrum-half Alan Day admits they know little about their opposition.
Millbrook, who will be cheered on by club president Peter Slater who is over from Malta on business, are looking to end the season on a high after a mediocre league campaign saw them finish only sixth in Hampshire One.
"It's a nice little finale to the season," said Day ahead of the final.
"We were a little worried with our form before Christmas but we strung some results together. I think at the start of the season we would have settled for sixth as we've brought some youngsters through this year."
One of those who have come through and caught the attention is 19-year-old full-back Richard Colmer whose dad Martin will warm the bench tomorrow.
Kick-off is at 3pm.
