AFC Totton closed in on a third place finish in the SWL with a crushing 8-1 demolition of rock-bottom Portland United at Testwood Park.
Remarkably, it was their second such winning scoreline in six days following their thrashing of neighbours BAT on Easter Monday.
Victory for Totton in their final game of the season at home to Fareham on Saturday would see them match their highest place finish for a third time.
That's unless Andover can make up the ten-goal goal difference between the two clubs in their final two league games.
Mark Osman opened the scoring after half an hour before Gareth Byers headed in a second from a Mike Gosney cross just before half-time.
Floyd Hamodu made it 3-0 after Byers' shot had been parried and, although Portland pulled one back through Nick Carroll, Osman quickly made it 4-1 from another Gosney cross on 62 minutes.
A 25-yarder by Byers after 67 minutes, Danny Potter's looping header on 72 minutes and a Mark Piper effort following a goalmouth melee three minutes later put Totton 7-1 up.
Hamodu completed the rout seven minutes from time to notch the club's 100th league goal of the season.
Andover beat Bournemouth Poppies at home 1-0 thanks a 25th minute header by Ashley Vine.
Andover also face Fareham tomorrow needing a win which would set up an interesting finale for the goal-hungry Lions at Portland at the weekend.
That would pitch the highest-scoring team against the division's leakiest defence.
It's six straight wins for in-form Alton Town as they swept aside Bemerton Heath Harlequins 2-0.
Darren Robson played the ball into the penalty area for Derek Hockley to chip Alton into a 20th minute lead.
And, although Stuart Findlay rattled the woodwork for Bemerton, the hosts broke to score a second on 70 minutes when Mark Lilley netted with a 15-yard angled drive.
The division's two out-of form sides Brockenhurst and AFC Newbury drew 1-1 at Grigg Lane. Tom Settle volleyed the Berkshire side into a 31st minute lead but the Badgers levelled on 59 minutes through Reza Sotoudeh.
Lymington Town notched their second straight win following the return of manager John Pyatt as they pipped Hamble ASSC 2-1.
Danny Veal raced onto a Scott Metcalfe through ball to put Lymington ahead after 20 minutes.
Danny Steer doubled the lead midway through the second half with a 40-yard shot that hit the underside of the bar and the back of the keeper before finding the net. Dean Cole replied ten minutes from time.
Fareham Town also triumphed 2-1 at Cowes. A Dean Blake penalty gave the visitors a 50th minute lead and, although Mark Augustus equalised for the Islanders ten minutes later, James Lacey bagged a late winner.
A youthful Moneyfields - their oldest player was 24 - beat Christchurch 1-0, Russell Rackley heading in a Glen Knight cross on 32 minutes.
VT and Wimborne battled out a 1-1 draw. Mike Spinney latched onto a Kev Brewster through ball to give the Boatmen a 40th minute lead, but Dave Clements (67 mins) levelled.
